About Mark
Mark is the son of local homesteaders who followed the timber east, homesteading in the Moyie Springs area of Boundary County before the County existed. Mark graduated from Coeur D' Alene High School, and attended college at North Idaho College and Lewis Clark State College. During that time, he worked for 12 years as a local policeman and sheriff's deputy. Mark worked full time as a deputy sheriff while attending Gonzaga School of Law, graduating in 1992. In 1993 he left the sheriff's office as a patrol Sargent, to start his practice of law. Mark has been focusing his practice on Social Security Disability and Veteran's claims exclusively for more than a decade. He has been married to the love of his life, Corene, for more than 30 years. Together they have a son James. Mark is a Sustaining Member of NOSSCR, the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives. Mark is admitted to the Idaho State Bar, and Idaho District Court and the United States Court for Veteran's Appeals.
